THE MILESTONE OF 2003!
As we ended 2002 and looked forward into 2003, I had several objectives that
we had to accomplish to better serve each of you, our valued members.
None was more important than the expansion and upgrade of our Network
Architecture. This year we spent over $250,000 to expand and upgrade our
network throughout the state of Oklahoma. As a result, we have more than
doubled our coverage area and are now in more than 180 communities throughout
our state.
In addition to expanding our coverage area, we also upgraded its capabilities
to ensure that each of our members receives the fastest and most dependable
Internet dial-up access experience available. An important part of this
expansion and upgrade was the upgrade of our entire network to support V.92 MOH
(“modem on hold”) technology. This cutting edge technology allows our members
to receive telephone calls while surfing the Internet (no longer do they need a
second telephone line to avoid missing important telephone calls) as well as
allowing faster surfing and faster downloads.
From time to time I am asked why we don’t lower the prices on our offerings.
The answer is simple. In order to be able to keep up with the financial demands
of expanding and upgrading our network, we must have adequate financial
resources. We are constantly investing in our network and personnel to insure
that you have the fastest, most dependable and most complete dial-up Internet
access experience available and it takes money to do that consistently.
It is impossible to provide a high quality unlimited dependable service with
no busy signals, 24/7 toll-free technical and customer support from friendly and
knowledgeable personnel, virus and spam protection, pop-up blocker support as
well as the benefits of constantly improving technology without charging a fair
price. At FullNet we believe that there is room in the market place for a
quality service at a fair price. So you can stick with us and be assured of the
highest quality service possible and connectivity for the long run or in an
effort to save a few bucks you can switch to a cheaper service.

As we look forward into 2004 we remain dedicated to providing our members

Oklahoma. We will also be looking at adding more services to enhance your

Hello FullNet members,
My name is Philip Branum, and I am the newest member of the FullNet Customer
Service staff. I have enjoyed working on computers ever since I got my first
one about 10 years ago. I am currently studying for the Microsoft Certified
Systems Engineer exams which take up a lot of my time. In my time away from
work and studying, I enjoy reading, watching great movies and rooting for my
